Somaton Definition AS is an avant-garde scanner which can among other tests, perform cardiological computerized tomographies and carry out preventive screenings for colon cancer. Its technology is able to scan an entire body in just 12 seconds and in addition, is suitable for all types of patients. Moreover, it includes the pioneering Safire system, which is a tool that ensures a low dosage is exposed to the patient therefore eliminating any excess radiation that other types of scanners produce. Dosage reduction is of particular importance for  oncological and paediatric patients.

The Mammomat Inspiration is the first Siemens digital tomosynthesis 3D mammograph in Spain. This mammography not only performs high resolution 3D images and can carry out sterotactic biopsies but also has an incorporated microcalcification detection system. The equipment further includes a state-ofthe- art specialised prone table for maximum comfort. It facilitates early diagnosis of breast cancer and has an advanced guidance system to perform breast biopsies.

Mobilett X is an x-ray machine that ensures speed, efficiency and top quality imaging. Its versatility facilitates medical workflow and allows explorations in any position, whether the patient is seated or lying down. This design has been developed in order to perform all types of studies in Intensive care, neonatal and paediatric departments.

It is the perfect modular X-ray system for emergency and trauma use. The equipment incorporates Vertix Top, allowing patients to be examined in different positions, whether lying down or seated. Both Mobilett XP and Multix Top systems have been integrated with the direct digital system DRX-1, from the Carestream company, permitting direct digital imaging on all computers.

The Artis Zee Combo Suelo is designed to satisfy the demands in the field of angiography. 100% digitalised and with CCD, the Artis Zee technology is capable of visualising the thinnest vessels , ensuring tests and operations are carried out with maximum security and precision.

The system has the capacity to store 25,000 images distributed on 19 inch monitors. This is the first equipment of its kind installed in a private hospital in the Alicante province. Pencil Technology “Fast Digital Beam” is used for the diagnosis of osteoporosis by means of spinal AP, lateral, hip and forearm examinations. It allows for the calculation of bone mineral density (BMD), bone mineral content (BMC), Zcores and Tscore as well as combined tests of both femurs or femur and the spine, fracture risk evaluation, body composition, orthopaedics and paediatrics. Excellent accuracy, fast scanning: tests of the spine, hip and forearm are carried out in 60 seconds
